I don’t know about you but I really look forward to this time of year. The holiday season brings out an additional dose of joy in me, not just because we get time to off work to stuff our faces with our deliciously caloric foods, but more so because, as a marketer, I love to see all of the wonderfully creative, fun and hilarious holiday advertising and marketing campaigns that the season brings.

As is the tradition after most of us finish our Thanksgiving dinner and retire to the living room to watch football or festive holiday movies on TV, we’re seemingly always prepared to be pummeled with advertisements. Retailers everywhere are stepping up their game and gearing up for the main event of Black Friday mania. Not to disappoint, there have already been some fantastically creative and downright funny advertisements that have been released over the past few weeks.

As a blogger and marketer myself, It’s now always easy when advising other businesses on the idea of enabling blog comments. There’s really no true right or wrong answer when it comes to making that decision for your own blog based on your overall goals and reasons you have the blog in the first place.

Some traditionalists insist on saying that a blog is not a true blog if it’s not a two-way street that allows its audience to comment, provide feedback and engage in a a community-like forum.
